All vendors/exhibitors at the MCRA 2010 annual convention will be subject to a non-refundable fee of $300.00. Included within that fee, vendors/exhibitors will be provided with an 8 x 8 booth or area with one (1) 6’ table with two (2) chairs for Friday, October 1, 2010 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 2, 2010 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Electricity will be provided upon request.  Please click on the link below for a registration form.

We are asking for donations of promotional items to be placed in the registration bags, as well as the bags themselves.  If you have any pens, sticky notes, tablets, catalogs, fliers, bags, or anything else you would like to donate, please send them to the Maryland Court Reporters Association at:  1243 Ramblewood Road, Annapolis, Maryland, 21409 by September 15, 2010.  We appreciate any donations and will recognize your generosity on our Web site and at the convention.
