2010 Online Convention Vendor Registration

Thank you for using the online vendor/exhibitor registration to sign up for our 2010 convention at the Wisp Resort.  Please complete the folowing 2 steps.

Hotel Reservations must be made directly with the Wisp Resort, 296 Marsh Hill Road, McHenry, MD, 21541.  Call (800) 462-9477 to make your room reservation.  If you make your reservation before September 1, 2010 and mention that you are with the Maryland Court Reporters Association Convention, you will get a discounted rate of $109 per night.

All vendors/exhibitors at the MCRA 2010 annual convention will be subject to a non-refundable fee of $300.00.  Included within that fee, vendors/exhibitors will be provided with an 8 x 8 booth with one (1) 6’ table with two (2) chairs for Friday, October 1, 2010 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 2, 2010 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Electricity will be provided upon request.  If there are any further equipment needs, please specify below.  Further equipment needs may be subject to extra charges.


We are asking for donations of promotional items to be placed in the registration bags, as well as the bags themselves.  If you have any pens, sticky notes, tablets, catalogs, fliers, bags, or anything else you would like to donate, please send them to the Maryland Court Reporters Association at:  1243 Ramblewood Road, Annapolis, Maryland, 21409 by September 15, 2010.  We appreciate any donations and will recognize your generosity on our Web site and at the convention.

We are also looking for donations of items for our silent auction table.  We appreciate any donations of items or money to purchase items and will also recognize your generosity on our Web site and at the convention.  If you like to make a donation, please call Linda at 717-243-9770 or e-mail llarson@mcra.org.

There are 2 Steps to the online registration.  Please complete Step 1 by filling out the form and clicking submit.  This sends the registration information to the MCRA via e-mail and allows us to reserve your space.  Step 2 can be completed by scrolling down the page after completing Step 1.  This is where you indicate what options you  are selecting and allows you to make your payment.

Payment of the non-refundable vendor/exhibitor fee is due at the time of registration.  Reservations should be made by September 1, 2010 to insure availability.
